Your charismatic & enlightening host

For about 10 years I have been the host at several corporate events of others and workshops organized by From Fearful to Phenomenal (or previously known as Equals Positivity). Whenever events needed to be promoted or a host was needed within the companies I worked for, someone said: "ohh.. Rheyna can do that very well! Let her do it." And I did with pleasure in the Caribbean and now the Netherlands. Now that I also improved my speaking skills thanks to Barbara Rogoski (senior TEDx speaker coach, executive presentation skills coach and story telling expert) and the fact that I get so much energy from doing this, I officially started my service as host and moderator!

• I include energizers during the program for the audience to stay present;
• In advance I connect with the speakers and/or audience to get to know them better;
• I can help to mentally prepare the speakers for the day with a personalized audio file (meditation or visualization). Herewith an example of an meditation I produced for the talent night finalists to prepare them for the finals.

All the above will be discussed during an intake and will be included in the price. When we plan a moment to discuss the assignment, I will also share my tariff.

Fun facts that are related with these 2 languages:

• I studied international business and languages, studied abroad at Howard University in Washington D.C. (USA) and did my internship in Trinidad & Tobago;
• I lived in Barbados;
• And I worked as Account Manager responsible for several export markets in the Caribbean.
• My brain thinks in Dutch, English, Surinamese and French so I will switch it up every now and then. This is part of how I easily connect with people and thus the audience.
