When co-founder Adam Jackson and I set out on this journey five years ago, we wanted to build the first user owned, user controlled talent network that puts the value back in the hands of the people who create it. And I am proud to say we’re well on our way, having put $187M in the hands of our talent community.

But there is more work to be done, and I recognize we can’t do it alone.

To that end, on Thursday, October 26 we will be trying something new, hosting the inaugural Breakthrough event, designed to elicit feedback and share insights to help our customers succeed.

This session will be hosted by Adam and myself, and we’re committed to:

• Sharing Transparent Data: We'll show real-time platform data on hiring trends and market rates in the network, offering you insights that can inform your workforce strategies.
• Facilitating Peer-to-Peer Learning: Sharing customer stories first hand; their experiences, challenges, and the strategies they're employing to navigate these times of economic uncertainty.?
• Introducing Our Latest Tools: Learn how you can leverage our new AI-powered matching engine to make finding the perfect talent faster and easier than ever before.?

Over the past month I’ve had the opportunity to connect with over 25 of our customers 1:1 both in person and over Zoom. The experience was invigorating and enlightening; if you want feedback, I’ve always found it’s best to go straight to the source.

We received a lot of praise for understanding our customers' needs, offering them access to the highest quality talent around the globe, and helping them hire fast.?

But as a founder, it was the critical feedback I learned the most from and that motivated me to keep pushing forward. And, while many founders would sweep this under the rug, it’s our philosophy to default to open. I find bringing it into the light is the surest and fastest way to make sure it’s solved.
