Your?"no sugar" challenge is dumb.?
Doing 75 Hard is silly.??
And don't even get me started on the plan for your next dry alcohol stint :)
Here's why I say this...I'm a BIG fan of doing things that make me uncomfortable.?
I don't do it enough quite frankly.??
But I think people lack long term perspective when making short term decisions about goals.?
I have been in the middle of different challenges in my life during a meaningful event, like a birthday.??Sometimes I've decided to stick to the plan, other times I decided to take a temporary break to enjoy the moment.?
Both times, it left me feeling poorly about myself...
I either missed a meaningful moment or felt like I quit on a goal.

But it's true for any goal... it's the "I'll be happy when syndrome"?

I'll be happy when my wife initiates more...
I'll be happy when I get paid up and promoted next year...
I just want to get to this goal weight, then I'll be good...
You're ignoring a CRITICAL piece of the puzzle.??You'll need to KEEP performing once you get there ??

How many people have lost the same 15 pounds more than 3 times? (a lot)
For me, I prefer a world where I look elite AND enjoy a moment during my daughter's birthday.?
I prefer a world where I "get lucky" AND it continues the week after.?
I get these results because I continue the work that I put in to get there after I've "achieved the goal"?
Play the infinite game ?and you'll always WIN.?
