Are Your Chakras Balanced?

They are 7 main chakra energy points that professionals refer to. The chakras are the energy centers of our bodies that flows through us known as our Life force energy -- chi, ki, Kundalini or prana. I feel they are many more chakras that surround us in our bodies. These other chakras go down from our toes, above our heads and in our aurora fields. By being focused, doing yoga, meditating helps to balance the chakras that keep our energies in balance. Balanced chakras will give us peace, harmony and feeling our best. When I am feeling out of sync sometimes I see which direction my chakras are going. This is done by taking a pendulum and placing it a few inches above the chakra and seeing which way the pendulum spins. All the chakras could be spinning in the same direction, when I am not feeling well they are some spinning in the opposite direction. This is when for me I take the time for me and meditate or do yoga and focus on the chakras going in the same direction. For me it doesn’t matter which direction your energy goes just that they all go the same way. The crown chakra will move the fastest and go slower as you move down towards to the root chakra.

Base or Root Chakra (last bone in spinal cord)
- Sacral Chakra (ovaries/prostate)
- Solar Plexus Chakra (navel area)
- Heart Chakra (heart area)
- Throat Chakra (throat and neck area)
- Brow or Third Eye Chakra (third eye)
- Crown Chakra (Top of head)
