This Community Sprint brings the online community of Propolis to life with exclusive thought leadership and networking for its CMO and senior-level members | March 18 - March 26, 2025.

The sprint kicks off with a leader-focused event in London, UK, on March 18, 2025, featuring a roundtable and workshop. The roundtable will explore "How B2B marketing leaders can build stronger, more effective teams for commercial growth." Following this, Shane Redding , Propolis Strategy Expert, will lead a workshop to help Propolis Leaders define the essential skills needed for B2B marketing leadership in 2025.

At the end of day one, David Rowlands , the Head of Product at B2B Marketing, will host a panel to share insights with the full membership, followed by a best practice briefing led by Shane on mastering the skills needed to excel as a B2B marketing leader. Post-sprint, our Experts will conduct deep dives into these skills.
