Your Career is a Circle, Not a Path.

A career is holistic.

When you think of your career, perceive it as a circular balance wheel vs. a linear path.

You create fulfillment when you create alignment in your career.

This includes creating time for play, family, wellness, and doing the work that compels you at the highest level.

Those who thrive in the Future of Work create alignment in their careers.

They think of their careers as a portfolio of experiences vs. a supply chain of events.

Own your career.

Please, do not listen to what people tell you you're supposed to do by your 20s, 30s, or 40s.

Life is way too short to live by someone else's standards, way too short. Pursue what compels you at your core.

Your career is not something that should happen to you. It's something that you should be proactively leading and steering.

Your life's work is more than just a 9-5.

Your life's work is the sum total of how you create a legacy, how you contribute to community, and how you elevate others.
