As a Fractional Sales Leader I am often brought in as a catalyst for companies seeking to scale their sales. My first step? A comprehensive assessment of their scaling readiness across key business areas.?
This high-level evaluation involves sales, marketing, operations, finance, and company strategy.? ??
In addition to these key areas, I perform an exploration of how well-defined and aligned the company’s goals and metrics are.
Equally important is how visible key performance indicators (KPIs) are across departments and the strength of the organization’s culture around accountability.
My goal in conducting a broad organizational review is to confirm that the company is truly prepared to accelerate its growth faster than it traditionally has in the past. While the leadership team almost always assumes they are ready, I’ve found this doesn’t consistently prove to be the reality.
