Have you ever considered how long it takes you to action your daily tasks? Did you know that over 45% of work activities can be automated with the right technology.
Workflow and automation hold real business potential, allowing you and your team to focus on the important tasks by automating the mundane. Workflow removes some of the friction and stress from everyday work which can have a positive impact on the mental health and wellbeing of your team, as well as resulting in many benefits for your business by reducing time, money and resources.
Whether you have 1 or 5,000+ employees, every business/department has their own process. It’s about customising that process to comply with your industry legislation but also work with the people involved at each stage.
Jack Wright, Sales Director at YourDMS explains, “It’s worth considering that not every business process can be automated. This is why humans and technology need each other, and work well together to provide that all-important ROI”
Recently, we worked with FJ Chalke, a family owned multi-franchise car dealership. Nicola Green, Dealership Accountant said “We faced quite a bit of resistance when implementing the new system, as most organisations do, but as soon as staff started using Invu (Document Management system), they could see how much better it was for everyone. Any initial difficulties are well worth the effort, when it?
makes everything so much easier in the long-run.” See the results for yourself by reading the case study here.

Gina Harris, 82, is preparing to cycle the length of Britain for charity
Gina Harris, from Birmingham, plans to ride from Land's End, in Cornwall, to John O'Groats, in Scotland, to raise money for Women's Aid and Refuge. She took up cycling aged 50 and joined Cycling UK to follow her passion. She hopes her challenge will show how important physical wellbeing is for women at any age. She is due to set off on 27 May and aims to complete the ride in June. She will complete the ride on her old steel touring bike, carrying 30kg of luggage, and will become the oldest woman to complete the challenge!
