What is the need for a secondary chamber?
The need for a secondary chamber in incinerators is crucial for compliance with regulations, as it performs an afterburn for a required retention time of 2 seconds. This afterburner effectively eliminates harmful gases, including nefarious ones like dioxins, ensuring safe and environmentally responsible waste disposal.
Why are dual-chamber incinerators best for burning medical waste?
They do not produce any smoke or odour, and they reburn the most harmful pollutants. Medical waste incinerators have a tertiary air fan so the chamber can reach higher temperatures, which is required for burning medical waste.
What are the benefits of segregating waste?
Segregating waste offers numerous benefits, including a clearer understanding of burning time. For waste with high moisture content, we recommend mixing waste streams to ensure a consistent burn.
What should I look for in my medical incinerator?
When selecting a medical incinerator. It is crucial to prioritise features such as smokeless and odourless operations, fuel efficiency, regulation compliance, and straightforward ease of use.
How much will an incinerator cost?
Our small incinerators start from $14,000.
How quickly can I get a unit?
We have a selection of incinerators in stock. However, for a small unit we aim to have it manufactured within 4 weeks.
How much fuel does it take to run?
For example, our M15 range can take up to 5 litres per hour on full blast. However, once hot enough the waste should become the primary source of heat.

How will my machine be delivered?
Your machines will be delivered via either sea freight or air freight. While air freight is a more costly option, sea freight offers the advantage of being able to deliver anywhere in the world.
Can I catch COVID-19 from medical waste?
No, as long as you are wearing the correct PPE. Incinerating your medical waste significantly lowers the chances of COVID-19 spreading.
Do I need to cover my incinerator?
Our incinerators are built to withstand any environment. However, we do recommend a very basic shelter just to protect the electricals.
Is it safe to operate?
Yes. We can include a price for the appropriate PPE in your quotation also.
Are you available to provide training and support in the future?
YES! We have a dedicated technical support team who are contactable online 24/7 to assist with any enquiries you may have. We have a team of engineers who are also available depending on your preference and location.
