Happy Friday!

This week saw several 15 hour work days for me, between early morning meetings for Brave Corporation Ltd. to evening events for Brave Minds .

I'm not sharing that to be braggadocious, like we often see in "hustle" culture about long hours, etc., but rather to say that while business (and life) is a marathon, we also have to work in sprints.

These sprints are intense to achieve a goal, but they are not sustainable - even if we love what we do! That's why they're called sprints.

I'm relaxing this weekend, and next week will be back to normal.
