Is it time for a culture shift in the office real estate industry?

This week I was inspired to speak up on behalf of the many conversations I've had lately with colleagues across office real estate.

In a LinkedIn post I listed some of the examples of toxic culture that continue to exist in our industry. If we thought Covid was a threat to the office, I'm here to tell you that toxic culture is a bigger threat.

My post has gotten some traction, but I'd love to see this topic get covered in our industry's media (wink wink Samantha McClary )
