Happy Friday!
I've been reflecting on how to start this week's newsletter, considering probably half of the people reading this may not be feeling happy this Friday.
While I won't get into politics in this space, I will say there's been a polarization across so may aspects of society. We don't have to look much further than our own industry when it comes to the future of work and the future of office.
And while everyone is absolutely entitled to their own perspective, I believe we'd all benefit from listening to those with different perspectives than us.
We might find we often agree more than we disagree. And perhaps we'll even learn something.
That image above was taken right before a podcast episode I recorded with Zac Goodman.
Zac is the Founder & CEO of TSP, an award winning real estate management company that manages over 1 MILLION SqFt.
We have often held different perspectives on the binary debate across our industry the last 4 years. But the discourse has always been respectful.
We both look for nuance, and hold space for other perspectives.
So we met up in person to have a chat. And that eventually led to us recording this episode .
I'd love for you to give it a listen.
But more importantly, I'd encourage you to lean into nuance.
It matters.
