Is your brand activated?

A brand can mean: your business, your nonprofit, your department, your event, basically ask yourself -- are using the power of modern marketing to reach your business goals.

When you're activated you'll experience some/all of these perks that impact your bottom line:

  • Engagement/comments/activity on your posted content
  • Opt-ins to your database (via your form and/or lead magnet)
  • Registrations for your programs, events, and other
  • Emails/calls from potential clients (probably people you've been nurturing)
  • Offers to collaborate
  • Offers to be interviewed and highlighted on various channels
  • Sales generated through your various 'BUY' buttons

Ask yourself these two questions:

  1. Does my content (social media posts, emails, speaking engagements, podcasts, and other media) drive leads, conversations, and new client conversions?
  2. If you can't answer question #1 for any of these reasons, it may be time to huddle with your marketing and sales team. (You can't answer because you don't measure your progress. You can't answer because you aren't posting content. You can't answer because this is overwhelming.)

An activated brand experiences shorter sales cycles.
