Your blood work is “normal” but you feel like shit?

Your blood work is “normal” but you feel like shit?

Many clients I speak with share with me a similar situation.

Their blood work markers come back within range and their doctor tells them they are just a little bit depressed.

The story nobody is telling is this:

Your blood work is incomplete and there are missing numbers.

Thyroid is a great example.

Most doctors only pull a TSH lab test.

TSH comes back normal.

Doctor says your thyroid is fine.

Yet when we pull T3, T4, Reverse T3 and Thyroid Antibodies we see that there are a lot of issues going on.

Testosterone is another one.

A regular lab pulls Total Testosterone.

Yet misses SHBG and Free Testosterone.

I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve seen clients with normal levels of Total Testosterone, even high levels up to 800-900 ng/dl of Testosterone.

Yet their Free Testosterone was trash.

And they felt trash.

What’s the fix?

Get functional medicine labwork done that digs deeper into what is causing these symptoms.

You can’t operate with incomplete data.

That’s not science.

Without having all the data it’s just guesswork and ignorance.

With full data you’re able to see what’s under the hub and then have an expert put together the right nutrition & supplement protocol for you.
