Be your best friend not your worst enemy

Some people spend their entire life discovering who they want to be, and forget that the moment that is passing by is just as real as all the imagination that they blended with wishful thinking about the ideal they aspire to be combined together.
The past couple of years has brought personal challenges to many of us that some may have never experienced in their entire lifetime, and one challenge in particular was really close to heart to a lot: we had to spend time ALONE, like A LOT of time; and just like we discovered a lot of NEW Things about people we lived with for so long and yet never had the opportunity to get to know them in a way that the Quarantine forced us to, we learned a lot about how our own selves has gone through a lot of changes and we looked at the mirror and found sometimes a completely different person.
As we are nearly at 2022; There's no better time to start this week with one question: “Am I my best friend? or my worst enemy?”
The deeper I go into myself the more I realize that I am my own enemy.
~ Floriano Martins
I’ll phrase it to you in some simple terms…
This week’s tip & its?#BestAdvice, is about self discovery and how much you can be holding yourself back from reaching out to where you want to be.
Try to monitor your self for a full day, hear your inner-thoughts more, are they full of negatives? full of NO & CAN’T & SHOULDN'T ? or the opposite…
Remember that the moment you ACCEPT a person as they are, is the moment you can start loving them, and the same applies to YOURSELF, so start by accepting your self the way you are, just like you accept & respect your best friends with all the good and bad they have… and Only then you can start Loving your self and your life will start to flourish both professionally and personally.
I leave you with this:
Life is a valuable and unique opportunity
to discover who you are.
But it seems as soon as you near
answering that age-old question,

something unexpected always happens
to alter your course.
And who it is you thought you were
suddenly changes.
Then comes the frustrating realization
that no matter how long life endures,
no matter how many experiences
are muddled through in this existence,
you may never really be able
to answer the question…..
Who am I?
Because the answer, like the seasons,
constantly, subtly, inevitably changes.
And who it is you are today,
is not the same person you will be tomorrow.
Enjoy your Week!
