Hello there! Welcome back to my weekly newsletter?One2One (1-2-1), where I'll be sharing;
So without further ado, let's begin with today's Smart Parenting Tip.
1 Smart Parenting Pro-Tip: Your behavior with your child has changed.
Let us go into flashbacks and remember.
How did you motivate your child when he took the first step?
You were always there for your child, egging him on at every step, helping him get up after every fall.
What did you do when your child for the first time uttered the word, PAPA or MUMMY?
In both cases, you gave your heart and soul to encourage the child.
Whether it was saying Ajja ajja ajja (come on, come on, come on) or speaking PAPA/MUMMY with your child so that he completes the work, you were there 100% and bang on.
But as our children grow, they start making mistakes but this time, instead of teaching them with love and affection, we punish them.
We are reluctant to explain things to them lovingly.
We often complain that the behavior of our child has changed.
How can we understand child behavior when it is us whose behavior has changed?
Think about it.?
So, are you still giving your child the same love, care, and attention?

2 Productivity hacks (That actually work)
·????While studying, whenever you need your cell phone to check something, what usually happens is that we open up one app, then another app, and end up wasting our time using mobile and forget the sole purpose why we picked it up in the first place.
To overcome this,?put a timer of 5 minutes?before you start using your cell phone. This will help you kill time wastage.
·?????Zen Mode-?Most of the mobiles either have Zen mode or similar types of apps are also available online. Using them you can increase your?productivity?to 80%. This is because whenever you put your cell phone on Zen mode, none of your apps will be functional and you will not be able to access anything.
But make sure to use it in small sessions for maximum benefit.
1 story for your child: Know your real well-wishers
Once a cow and a tiger got stuck in quicksand and they were struggling very hard to get out but even after so many efforts, they were not able to come out of it. This is when the tiger said to the cow, "We're going to die today." The cow replied," No I will not die."
The tiger got curious and asked, "Why do you think so? We're trapped and we will die here. No one will save us." The cow replied, "The moment when I will not return home, my master will come looking for me and he will save me."
After some time, the master came looking for his cow. He was horrified when he saw a cow trapped in quicksand. He hurried to get some ropes, called for help, and recovered the cow. The cow turned back to the tiger and said, "The one who has got people caring for him, supporting him, can never get trapped in any trouble."
Morals:?
1. Your teachers and your parents are your well-wishers. They are there to look after you. So whenever they scold you, you must never feel sad because ultimately, it's for our own good.
2. 80% of friends don’t care that you are in pain, and the rest 20% are just enjoying your pain. This is why it is never advisable to go talk about your personal family matters in front of others.
3. The ecosystem within the house and the relationship with teachers should always be kept in the highest regard.
