Your audience is everything

Hi,

Here’s a hard truth:

We’re all self-centred.

It’s just in our nature.

That’s why we tend to think about what we want, especially when we have some kind of goal.

And when we’re in a situation that makes us nervous…

We tend to focus more and more on ourselves.

And what’s a situation where most people have a goal AND are super nervous?

Giving a presentation.

Yet when you’re speaking, there is so much to focus on.

Maybe your main goal is just to get through it and appear confident.

Perhaps another goal is to win the sale…

Or motivate your staff.

But guess what?

These kinds of goals are all about yourself.

And with presentations, the more you think about yourself…

The more likely it is you won’t connect with your audience.

Now, I teach leaders and business professionals techniques to improve their delivery and confidence.

The best presentations are the ones that “strike a chord” with the audience.
