Your Apartment - 2021-22 (Q1) - Performance Summary

It gives me great pride as a business co-owner and Managing Director after the past 15 months to say that business is going from strength to strength at Your Apartment.

After a stronger than expected end to 2020-21 in Q4, we are pleased to report that Q1 of 2021-22 is steaming ahead of our previous forecasts.

• No. Guests Checked-in: 4,165
• Average Daily Rate: ￡88.63

June

• Occupancy: 96%
• No. Guests Checked-in: 4,234
• Average Daily Rate: ￡92.98

As we move into Q2, which tends to be our strongest quarter of the financial year, bookings are looking strong although due to COVID many are still waiting to book until the very last minute.

We're currently in the process of expanding to help us cope with a continued uptick in demand for serviced apartments, short-term lets, and aparthotels across the UK.
