Have you ever had an experience where you felt completely in sync with someone else as if you were both connected by a beam of light? That's how I felt during my ‘coaching session’ with Eckhart Tolle. I was in awe of the way he was able to convey his wisdom and connect with me on a deep level.
As I reflected on that experience, I realized that what made it so powerful was the sense of connection I felt with him and with the world around me. It was like we were both part of a greater whole, and that sense of unity made everything else fall away.
That's why I believe that we can all create our own tractor beam of light in any situation, with anyone. It starts with being fully present and open to the people and experiences around us. When we're able to let go of our judgments and preconceptions and simply be with another person, we create a space for connection to happen.
How can you create this?
Now, it's not always easy to do this. We all have our own inner voices that can distract us or pull us away from the present moment. But the more we practice being mindful and attentive to the world around us, the easier it becomes to tap into that sense of connection.
One way to start is by simply paying attention to the people around us. When we're in a conversation with someone, instead of thinking about what we're going to say next or getting lost in our own thoughts, we can focus on really listening to the other person. This means not just hearing their words, but also paying attention to their body language and tone of voice.

Another way to create a tractor beam of light is by finding common ground with the people around us. Even if we don't share the same beliefs or experiences, we can always find something that connects us. This could be a shared interest, a common goal, or even just a sense of humor.
What’s the most important lesson here?
Ultimately, creating a tractor beam of light is about recognizing that we are all connected. We are all part of the same universe, and we all share the same basic human experiences. When we're able to tap into that sense of unity, we create a powerful force that can bring light and love to any situation.
