But, first things first...

...thank you all so much for supporting me and my work at Heart-Centred Leaders Ltd in 2024. Whether you've engaged with my posts or read my newsletters; or if you've been my coaching client; workshop or programme delegate, I am grateful for you!

In my fourth year of Heart-Centred Leaders Ltd, my mission has not changed.

It's to support all you charity leaders and your teams to boost your impact...whilst thriving.

This mission feels even more critical than it did at the beginning of the year.

I know the reality of charity leadership. Been there, done that and I see you and hear you.

Trust me, this year has been LIKE NO OTHER.

Inevitably, many of you will be frantically racing to the end of the "to-do" list, despite your best intentions to wind down gradually towards the end of the year.

This is NOT about you doing better or faster. You are good enough. Damn good enough.

It's about tipping the old paradigms on their heads. You've been told lies for too long.

"When the going gets tough, the tough gets going" can't help us anymore.

2025 is calling you loudly to sing a different tune.

It's inviting you to reprioritise your own needs. So you can deliver impact from a position of abundance, not overwhelm.

Yes, it's going to require some unlearning and relearning.

Being bold. Setting clear intentions and redefining your boundaries. Taking inspired action.

Giving yourself permission to let go of beliefs and habits that are holding you back.

Embracing your expanded self. The one where you truly honour and protect your right to thrive, whilst making a difference in the world.

But I have every confidence in you to make the changes you need to make.

Remember that small steps are always better than no steps!

You're adaptable and resourceful.

It's who you are as a charity sector leader.

And I'll be there to support you every step of the way. It's a path worth treading, I promise you!

Give yourself the gift of deep rest to end the year in style. Celebrate all you've achieved.

And commit to learn how to thrive in 2025.
