Earlier this year, I shared my "ins" and "outs" of 2024 – the things I am embracing and the things I am letting go. I also shared these through an article with the Washington Speakers Bureau but took the approach of comparing said ins and outs to a day of traveling on a plane.
As we dive into the third month of CRUSH 2024, I want to invite you to check out my 2024 Resilient Flight Plan and assess your takeaways and landings for this year.
As we embark on our 2024 journey, think of it as preparing for an exhilarating flight. In aviation, a successful journey isn’t just about the takeoff into new heights; it’s equally about what you leave on the ground.
This year, let’s identify resilient habits and behaviors to “take flight” with – those that will elevate us to new altitudes – and those to “leave at the terminal” – the ones holding us back from soaring. Fasten your seat belts; it’s time to thrive!
The Takeoffs: Elevating Our Brilliance
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life and lose sight of the bigger picture. But what if you took a step back and ascended to new heights using the following recommendations?

4. Health and Wellness
The Landings: Letting Go to Stay Grounded
Now that we have reviewed the takeoffs you will be implementing in 2024, let’s dive into the landings, otherwise known as the baggage you will be leaving behind to ensure your success.

As you set off into 2024, let’s be mindful of our resilient flight plan. The habits you take off with will ensure that you are ready and steady as you reach your journey’s cruising altitude.
Furthermore, you can leave behind hurry and worry to ensure you’re no longer weighed down. It’s time to soar into thriving in your health, learning, and brilliant living – the sky’s the limit!
