Young Guns Season Launch

Each year we come together at the Young Guns Season Launch to reflect on the year that was, where we won, what we learned and what can be done to ensure we are better as a result of our learnings.

A big part of this process is recognizing and celebrating our teams on the front-line who are delivering outcomes to our customers on a daily basis, while operating under Young Guns’ guiding principles & values. Pictured below is Chilli Koorey-Smiler, Young Guns Most Valuable Player in 2019, who was a standout of over 800 team members across Australia, New Zealand, Canada & the US. It was an emotional award ceremony as his leader tried to explain why Chilli was nominated and won - by the applause in the room it was no wonder that Chilli's team follows and supports him the way they do.
