Young Guns Head of Operations Visits Team Canada.

Young Guns’ Head of Operations, Mat Cameron visited Team Canada recently to connect with our rapidly growing leadership team.

Mat’s annual trip is designed to help reinforce our international business strategy with our leaders, clearly define our purpose, our targets and assist with structuring our teams to facilitate our growth in North America.

As we can see, it’s an exciting time of year for our Senior Leaders from Australia to visit us in Canada and we always make sure to schedule some leisure time to get out and experience what the Great White North has to offer! Mat enjoyed some time at Whistler while visiting our Vancouver teams as well as Niagara Falls for the first time while connecting with our Toronto based teams.

For me personally, it is always a rewarding leadership event that we hold with our front-line leaders and the caliber of people on our team continues to impress as we have more & more people hustling for opportunities to join our team.
