This little mastermind had already set a record in cooking 172 dishes in just an hour. His dream is to start his own pasta bar, pasta being his favorite dish he would like to present it to others with different styles and flavors. He aspires to become a Pilot

?How did you get an interest in cooking?

When I was three-and-a-half years old, I started helping my mother in the kitchen. When I was five, I started a YouTube channel. As I learned cooking and more, I found more interest in it.

?Who do you go to when you need help?

My source of help would be my mother.?My mom is always with me and she will encourage me in every activity of mine…??

?And who’s your favorite chef?

CZN Burak is my favorite cook. He is a Turkish chef.

?What is your favorite cuisine?

My favorite cuisine is Italian. Especially I Like Pasta

?You have made a record of cooking 172 dishes in an hour. What was the preparation that went behind it?

I didn’t practice much. I only got ten days of practice. But only the with-fire cooking was hard. Fireless cooking was easy. So I cooked 150 dishes in 50 minutes, and with the remaining time, I cooked more and decorated them with garnish. ?

What was your favorite dish in those 172?

My favorite was the Caesar Salad. It is a composition of fried bread, lettuce, and boiled chicken.

?How difficult was it to cook 172 dishes in an hour?

It was actually very easy and fun for me. It is just the practice that saved me.

?Are you planning for any more records?

I am planning to make a Guinness Record. And I am not going to be telling you what it is going to be. I am going to make it suspenseful!

?You dream of starting a pasta kitchen. Why do you particularly want to sell pasta?

Pasta is generally very expensive, but I want to make it cheap for everyone. My favorite dish is pasta, so I wanted to start a pasta bar serving all varieties of pasta.

?How is your pasta bar going to be distinct from other pasta bars?

There are 350 different types of pasta in the world. I want to provide all 350 types to the world. I will be launching the pasta bar very soon.

?What are your plans for the future? What is your ambition?

I want to become a pilot when I grow up. It has been my childhood dream. I love traveling, so I want to become a pilot.

?Will you continue to cook even once you grow up?

Definitely. Cooking is my favorite, I love cooking and experimenting with various dishes …
