3 个月My Name Hemant Sharma.I am a yougov user from the previous 1.5 year i have given my best & honest?survey review everyday to earn some survey money. After spending 1.5 year my 5000 point on you gov is completed?? Last week when I decided to redeem?points, I visited the you gov site & entered the email then it came to verify the code.I did not receive?any code on my mail.I try many time regularly?two to three days but I could not received any mail after that I try to contact support from yougov team i only get auto reply message but no team member personally reply to my mail. If this kind of thing happens how people will trust your website and app.People have lots of hope with you and your company.But this is not right to use someone and block their account. I request you to?please look into it and reactivate?my account as soon as possible so I can redeem?my point.I hope you understand my concern and resolve this soon

3 个月As a survey respondent who's contributed to these insights, I'd ask if anyone else has difficulty uploading data from online services they use -- YouTube, in my case -- and receiving zero support and being ignored by YouGov's customer "support'?
