You, Yourself & Reflections

In last few years, I have met innumerable people and believe me everyone of them fascinated me. I observe them their reactions, how did they react when put in a situation and their understanding of their surroundings. The most interesting were, individuals who were dependent on reflection of theirs in someone else's eyes. They blamed everyone for their failures, reason for their reaction, its always about others and their opinion. The "Others" success drives their dissatisfaction & their achievement their envy. The eerie similarities likes in their behaviour specifically related to entitlements viz-a-viz their actual abilities.

It is further accentuated by the statements that the world is unfair and don't give chances to the deserving candidates. It seems embodiment in their personality is to be continuously dissatisfied with their current situation and keep on repeating their some bad experience.

Now the Million $ question still remains, "Are you allowing some one else or some experience defining you?." That is the worst disservice you can do to your self. Remember, its only you and only you who defines yourself and no one else has the power to define you.

Rather than complaining, have you done a realistic check on your abilities and identified the gaps? Life is a continuous process of learning & only thing that can change it is your perseverance and ability to raise the bar.

Remember you are the only who can raise the bar to perform better what you were a moment ago. You could be of any age or group or caste, its you who can make the difference to your life.
