You, and Your Relationship With Your Workplace.
I've been looking through some of my older Workplace Coaching Materials, that lean in to Mental Health and Well-being, and I rediscovered this. Generally, I ask people to pick three prompts that are of interest and these form the basis of a Coaching Conversation. So, give it a go! It might be the you surface some stuff that gives you a nudge!
