You deserve the best and for that reason we are going to discover exactly what it is.

Your everyday actions have a positive impact in the environment that surrounds you.

We make an impact and most of the time it’s negative without even knowing it.

So many times we try to perfect our appearance, making sure every detail is in the right place but yet deep down we feel horribly inadequate.

When it happens it’s often because we are burned out , afraid, disconnected to anything rather than the noise in our heads.

Gorgeousness is a quality of energy

When we are connected to our inner thoughts and living according to our deepest values, we feel something inside that lights us up.

No matter what clothes you are wearing, but you still feel happy, passionate, and alive.

This is gorgeousness.

What are your deepest values?

What do you value most in life?

We need to have a sense of purpose otherwise we lack the drive to create wonderful things in life.

We all have the potential, no matter what our circumstances are, to create change and spread hope.

It’s about feeling good about yourself.

There is nothing like a terrible disaster or crisis to bring out the best in human nature.

Let’s exercise together!

This practice comes from an old Buddhist tradition.

You imagine yourself as an old person of ninety years old and you are sotting in the backyard lying peacefully in bed and thinking about your whole life.

How well did you live?

How well did you love?

How much did you care?

Did you live with a great sense of purpose?

Go on and try it!

Look back in your life and think about the things that really mattered to you.

Empower yourself

You will be the driver in the front seat now.

It’s not that hard to start making little changes that will make you and others grow.

I want you to use the next few days to further your awareness.

Do you wish to become healthier?

Do you want to become more vibrant?

Do you want to live according to your deepest values?

Do you want to feel exhilarated?

How Earth Friendly are you?

Set an intention for your day!

Go through a yoga practice and see how powerful it can be to help you do that.

It’s important to say your intention in the present tense.

It makes things more real and ready to start happening!
