Are You Worthy?

Are You Worthy?

When was the last time you asked yourself this question: Am I worthy?

The simple answer is yes—you are. You always have been.

But here’s the hard part: How often do you live as though this is true? How often do your actions, your thoughts, and the way you speak to yourself reflect the inherent worthiness that is already yours?

In my work with individuals from all walks of life, I’ve discovered a universal limiting belief that prevents people from experiencing the breakthroughs they long for: their relationship with worthiness.

Some believe they must earn their worthiness by achieving more, performing better, or striving harder. Their self-worth is tied to their accomplishments, so they’re constantly chasing, but never arriving.

Others feel the opposite. They believe they’re inherently unworthy, that no amount of effort or achievement will ever make them “enough.”

If either of these resonates with you, I want you to hear this:

? Your feelings are valid.

? But feelings are not facts.

The Truth About Worthiness

A lesson that took me over thirty years to learn is worthiness is not a prize you win for good behavior. It’s not a skill you learn or a status you achieve. It’s not something you do.

Worthiness is something you are.

You are worthy because it is your God-given birthright. It’s woven into the fabric of your being, imprinted on your soul from the moment you came into existence.

And yet, choosing to believe and live out this truth can feel like one of the hardest decisions you’ll ever make.

Why Is It So Hard to Choose Worthiness?

Choosing worthiness often means confronting deeply held beliefs about yourself and your value. It means letting go of shame, fear, and the endless pursuit of “enough.”

It also means stepping into a new identity—one where you’re no longer defined by your past mistakes, your performance, or what others think of you.

It’s a simple choice, but not an easy one. I know this all too well, but am so glad I chose to reclaim my birthright.

A Tangible Reminder

Because I know how difficult this journey can be, I’ve created a special practice for the clients I work with. When someone chooses to transform their life and fully embrace their worthiness, I give them a Worthy Stone.

This stone is more than just a keepsake—it’s a tangible reminder of their choice. It’s something they can hold onto in moments of doubt, a symbol of the truth they’ve chosen to believe.

And when our work together is complete, they leave with a Victory Stone. This stone represents their growth, their transformation, and the battles they’ve overcome to reclaim their worth. These aren’t stones you can buy, they are hand cut by my hands.

Your Invitation

So let me ask you again: Are you worthy?

The answer is still yes. It always will be.

But the real question is: Will you choose to believe it?

If you’re ready to take the first step, I invite you to make this decision today. Decide that you are worthy—not because of anything you’ve done, but because of who you are.

And if you’re ready for guidance on this journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can uncover the truth of your worthiness and help you live a life that reflects it.

You don’t have to wait to feel worthy. You can choose it right now.

Let this be the day you reclaim your birthright.

If this resonates with you, reach out to me over a reply or DM with the words “I am worthy” and let’s start this journey together.
