You Are Worthy Beyond The Work You Do

I recently had the privilege to graphic record a session designed to give participants a day of rest and reflection.? Hosted by Dr. Torie Weiston-Serdan at the Youth Mentoring Action Network, a small group of educators gathered to focus on the benefits of self-care and mindfulness at work and at home.?

• Take time each day to breathe and calm your mind.
• Play is necessary therapy.
• Do something nourishing every day?like gardening?or listening to music.
