Are you always worry about the lamp packing for long distance? Packing damage during domestic express delivery, water vapor in marine water transportation, collision during handling by unloading personnel at the terminal. Some factories only focusing on the appearance, function and quality of the lamp, but ignore the loss caused by packaging.

An incorrect packing method can involve a number of issues, including:

·?Using the wrong packaging material.

·?Incorrect packing assortment.

·?Missing or incorrect cushioning material, or plug, for adequate protection.

·?Using the wrong carton size, leaving extra space inside of the carton, which leads to movement of the product that can damage it.

·?Paperboard missing or upside down.

In 2020 , we got feedbacks from our client. The outer box is seriously deformed due to the stacking of the goods by heavy objects and the collision during transportation.?

We deeply reflect on the importance of packaging issues. We redesigned the packaging specifications of the product, reset the 5-layer thickened outer box, and built-in multi-layer pearl cotton to protect the lamps. In order to be waterproof, we use plastic wrap to wrap the outer box to achieve waterproof effect; in order to minimize the collision during the transportation of goods, we use thick paper leather to protect the outer box.

For our larger lamps, like the garden light and landscape desk light, we will use better protection methods, such as custom wooden boxes, wooden shelves, etc.
