Are you working with M&A? -I would like to meet with you and discuss lessons learned & success factors

I have been “acquired” three times in the last 12 years, as an employee and as an owner. During this time I have repeatedly reflected upon what happens in an organization when it is bought by another, and what you can do to maximize your chances of success. I have considered this from the employee perspective, from the owner perspective and from the perspective of the acquiring entity.
Have you recently been acquired? Are you considering to be acquired? Are you considering acquiring a company and want the merger to be successful? Or have you perhaps made acquisitions lately that you feel could have turned out better?
Regardless of the situation, I offer you my perspective and would like to hear yours.?
My experience is from consultancy M&As. I would be very interested in meeting with anyone to discuss that topic, but also anyone who buys or sells product companies. I think it could be an illuminating discussion.
If this sounds interesting, send me a direct message and let’s set up a time to meet.
Regards
/Jonas
---------- A few subjects I believe will come up during our conversation ----------
-??????Definition of success, what and when?
-??????Culture, what’s the plan?
-??????Organic growth after the merger? How do we make that a certainty?
-??????Friction. Who and how?
-??????Financials. How make it support the definition of success?
?
I would love to hear or read about your findings, Jonas.
