Are you winning at the speed of life?

It is no secret that I am passionate about both health and wellness. If you missed my December blog on this topic, you can catch it here at Got Health? While we often see health and wellness spoken about as one topic, I see them as distinctly separate — health being free from injury and illness, and wellness being more holistic, encompassing our physical, emotional, relational and spiritual well-being — and it is important that all areas of one’s wellbeing get the appropriate amount of time and attention.

I also strongly believe that both health and wellness have an impact on our performance at work and in life. If we want to sustain top performance, we must exercise the discipline to prioritize our well-being. So, as we head into a busy season here at EY, let’s make sure we don’t lose focus on our health and well-being so we can be at our best for our clients, our teams and ourselves.

Check out this video to hear more on why health and wellness is so important to me.
