Are You Winning In All Areas Of Life?

Are You Winning In All Areas Of Life?

I don’t know about you, but I am very competitive when it comes to things I choose to focus on in life. I do believe how you do something is how you do most things. It becomes hardwired into your subconscious mind and influences your behavior. I typically don’t like using the word “losing” and believe that certain experiences in business, relationships, health, or even in parenting, we could feel that we are either losing or winning. But the reality of it is that every experience we have is either a stepping stone for growth or a learning experience to improve what we are doing or not doing correctly.

At times, I feel like I am completely sucking as a parent and think that I am failing to inspire our children. At times, I see where our businesses are and may not be happy or satisfied with the growth that I expected to have or the production our team is doing or not doing. I may even take a look in the mirror and compare what I currently look like to when I am on stage and physique ready for a competition. Bottom line...just be mindful to improve and be better everyday in the areas of life that are most important to you. Focus on each area that resonates with you and choose to win. It’s as easy as the small intention of winning the fricken day. It could be as simple as exercising that day, having a simple one-on-one conversation with your kid, reaching out to a client and having a sincere conversation that could stimulate business or a referral, or just connecting with your spouse with total focus.
