You will win work-life balance with this in 2023
I know, it is always easier said than done!
But, if an anxious mind like me could get results with practice, so can you!
You know the best part of engaging with me in these series of newsletters? I will never tell you anything that I haven't tried or heard!
The disclaimer is, I cannot give you the perfect percentage of patience you will have to put into. But I can assure you 111% positive outcomes!
Shall we begin?
I won't command, I can only request (because this is the 1st rule of mindfulness).
1. Can you set boundaries?
Set boundaries between work and personal life as establishing clear boundaries helps you to prioritize your time and avoid burnout. Set a specific time for work and stick to it. When your work hours are over, disconnect from work-related tasks and focus on other aspects of your life.
2. Can you be grateful (twice a day)?
Cultivate a positive mindset and maintain work-life balance. Take time each day to reflect on the things you are grateful for in your life. It can be as simple as being thankful for a beautiful day or a delicious meal.
3. Spend old soul time? (atleast 30 minutes a day)?

it's easy to get caught up in the constant barrage of emails, social media notifications, and other online distractions. Limiting screen time can help you to disconnect from work-related tasks and focus on feeling the breeze, sitting under the neverending sky, feeling some good lyrics and everything you usually don't!
4. Self-care is not overrated too.
Self-care is how you pamper yourself irrespective of the external variables (emotions, people, situations etc). Your self-care should be detached from external appreciation, criticism, fluctuating emotional support, or constant love.?
In addition,
You can maintain a number (whatever you like)
Let's say, 7
Read 7 pages of any book each day.
Say words of gratefulness 7 times a day.
Do good to others 7 times a week.
Eat 7 good meals each week.
Smile 7 times a day.
Was that easy? If not, let me know. If yes, let me know.
