You win, I lose

#journaling today...

Today's thoughts are driven by the disparity between beliefs in some of us. The polarity between what someone else believes and what I believe are significant in some situations. What is even more alarming is that some of those people won't look at options.

They believe what they believe to be the truth, which is only true for them, it is not necessarily the truth.

You will find information and people to validate your beliefs to further your commitment for it to be true for you, which leads you to believing it is the truth and true for everyone. It is not.

Having this philosophy gives the impression that it is a win/lose conversation. You win, I lose.

I prefer to find a win/win situation. Or at a minimum, an understanding of why you believe what you believe, see if there are things there that should be considered to see things differently.

When you catch yourself "Universalizing, Black & White, Personalizing, & Castastrophe analyzing," that is the problem.

That shows your subconscious programming and beliefs around that situation.


See the good and success in others and build them up even higher, by doing that you will automatically build yourself up higher allowing you to grow more and go for more!


Identifying your current subconscious thinking, beliefs, etc is the first step to identify those areas where you should consider something different.


Only once you open your mind to what is possible, will be able to see what is possible, way beyond what you have ever experienced.
