You are what the Search Engine says.
Regardless of how fantastic your image is, negative remarks online can rapidly harm your business and your reputation. We all have seen it or been a victim, but regardless it can crush your reputation with one click.
Let’s be honest:
Anyone and everyone will Google you the moment they’re thinking of working with you. Yes, you can tell them about it but sometimes it is just a 'hater' who deliberately posted horrible reviews and/or stories just with the intent to hurt you.
No Easy Fix.
Once negative data is out there, it’s agonizingly difficult to remove. You have probably called, emailed and hired companies that promised to fix it but it is still there and your business is hurting from it. There is no easy fix to removing the negative, it is a process but it does work and it will help you in every aspect of business.
Now What?
Now what do you do? Make your own news by posting blogs, videos on social media, images and any avenue to push the awful stuff down in internet search rankings. You know only the worst adversary you have will try to visit Page 20 on a Google seek to find the 'dirt' but most potential clients will adhere to the principal page or two.
You should also create your profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter as they help give in the search engines, and it never hurts to get cited in the media or compose articles for different publications.
If you need help with your online reputation management for yourself, your restaurant, your office, your practice, etc. we can help.
