I had been considering this question when an inspiring group of leaders showed up before me. Literally. Staffing Industry Analysts delivered their September 2015 issue announcing their inaugural Global Power 50 list of influential women in staffing, and I was instantly curious about how they would answer this question. So, I set out to ask them. 

In 50 words or less, answer this question:

If you were giving a commencement speech to a room full of eager graduates, what would be your final thoughts?

It's difficult to narrow down "final thoughts" into 50 words or less but the 12 leaders featured in this eBook, On the Path to Staffing Success, rose to the challenge.
