I had been considering this question when an inspiring group of leaders showed up before me. Literally. Staffing Industry Analysts delivered their September 2015 issue announcing their inaugural Global Power 50 list of influential women in staffing, and I was instantly curious about how they would answer this question. So, I set out to ask them.
