Guangzhou Salvage is a national institution directly under the Ministry of Transport and is a national marine professional emergency salvage team, which mainly undertakes eight duties such as environmental rescue, property rescue and rescue and salvage in the South China Sea given by the state. In addition, it also engages in marine engineering, towing and transportation, tunnel engineering, hydraulic and municipal engineering, ship repair and other businesses.

Guangzhou Salvage has more than 40 vessels of various types, such as large lifting and salvage and marine engineering vessels, semi-submersible vessels, high-powered tugs, etc. It also has a large hydraulic hammer, underwater robots ROV and a series of supporting equipment for diving operations.

Project?description:

The PROJECT is located in an oil field in Thailand, and the work includes but not limit to topside, jacket and appurtenances, piled foundations, associated pipelines, PLEMs, tie-ins, old platforms reuse, and brownfield modifications. Guangzhou Salvage is mainly responsible for offshore transportation and installation work, material procurement and pipeline coating etc.?The offshore campaign will be the?window period of two years from 2025 to 2026. It is estimated that there will be 16 platforms?installed?in?2025.?

Work location: Guangzhou, require going overseas or offshore if necessary.

1. QA/QC Manager / QA/QC经理

Responsibility:?(including but not limited to)

- Assist project manager in QA/QC activities during project execution.

- Responsible for all QA/QC activities in the development, implementation of quality control documents, Quality Manuals, Quality Plans, Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, WPS etc.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

- Perform audits to ensure approved procedures are followed and project specification requirements are met.

- Assist in organizing internal and external audit.

- Ensure that the procured materials meet COMPANY’s?relevant quality requirements.

- Implement quality control measures throughout the procurement process.

Requirement:

- QA/QC Manager shall have overall related experience in oil and gas petrochemical industry construction projects for more than twelve (12) years and minimum three (3) years in Project QA/QC Manager role.

- Develop QAQC documents including plans, procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), WPS etc. for transportation and installation activities.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

- Verify that materials, processes, and final products meet quality specifications.

- Perform internal and external audits.

- Conduct inspections and tests.

Responsibility:?(including but not limited to)

- Develop welding procedures,?welders qualification test that meet industry standards and project requirements.

- Conduct inspections and tests on welded joints to ensure they meet specified quality standards.

- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to implement and enforce welding quality control procedures.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.

- Provide training to welding personnel on proper techniques, safety procedures, and adherence to welding specifications.

- Perform pipeline installation analysis and define environmental working limits for each stage of the pipelay.

- Perform spool installation analysis, post riser installation analysis.

- Procurement support and assistance, i.e. TBE, clarification with vendor etc.

- Lead the team to perform pipeline installation engineering.

- Review and support all pipeline installation procedures.
