If you want to be Trusted , be HONEST and build season of Trust !.

If you want to be Trusted , be HONEST and build season of Trust !.

If you want to be honest , be true and if you want to be true , be yourself and adjust yourself to the circumstances!.

How to build TRUST : Most significant and important human value of all time.

In simple term , Trusted upon can have the below three faces of a triangle !.

1. Understand , be understandable : It is important to understand each other's point , give pat on the back if you feel something great that others have in them . don't wait for things to unfold . Say it and say it loud. This will help to bridge the gap in knowledge , learning and uplift the sense of ownership.

2. Transparency , being transparent :  This brings to a point that things are clearer and workable if you maintain a transparent view in what we say , how we say. Blockage and resistance will automatically go if we maintain absolute transparency in what we do and what we say.

3. Respect , be respectful : Another important and significant quality to maintain all the time , at any situation . Respect each other view point , don't judge people by their appearance instead see how they unbox the power of success by their contributions. Give space for people to think through , energize them for what they want . Show them that it is doable , give confidence and earn respect.

Good topic, Vimal. To a large extent this will work but there are some people who have not learnt to trust despite the best of circumstances and good intentions. The wise will identify them and not invest too much.
