If you want to be proud of yourself, then do things in which you can take pride.

What a stupendous and fantastic was our TAD Q1 2023 Townhall which marked a big event at Park Centre, Technopark campus.

This year our TAD family bring with a daring vision that the townhall must comprise not only the business updates, upcoming milestones and project related stuffs must also include 'Employee Engagement'. In order to bring fun, creativity and upskill our employees' talents each team in TAD pillar got an amazing platform to set up fun zones to capture our colleague's attraction. That was a truly inspirational and it's the greatest achievement to our TAD.

Once this idea brings in front of us lots of queries and concerns buzzed up like what's the purpose of setting stalls? What's their vision in making employees to play games etc. lots of thoughts popped up in our brains.

The whole doubts and thoughts came to a conclusion finally. On 27 March 2023, we the 6 teams set up engagement stalls at Park Centre and our TAD members came to Fun stalls with much happiness, played lots of games, cherished their childhood and grabbed amazing small-small gifts.

Even, for me and my team Vivin Sasidharan Nair Anu Madhusoodanan Pillai Snehalatha Lt Cdr Arun Sekhar S (Retd), PMP, CSM was a pride moment because our team Allianz Partners won the best stall in TAD Q1 2023 Townhall. When Thanooja Sasidharan declared the winners, we didn't have any hopes that we will win the prize. But at the moment when she announced the winner's name, we were out of mind and wonder struck ?? But it's truly inspiring and motivating to us. We set our stall within limited time.

Within 2 to 3 days, we molded the idea, theme 'Ticket to Childhood' and games for our engagement stall.

Actually, it was overall marvelous and still goosebumps are coming to us whenever we cherish the winning time once the shield comes to our hands. ? ??
