If you want more leads and clients from your content, be more direct.
What I mean is: Actually, do some posts that are specifically about your program.
Directly invite people to join.
Say who it's for, what outcome it's aimed at (Point B), and what the ideal client's starting point would be (Point A). Say what it includes (as in what concepts or shifts you use in your coaching, teaching, consulting, or services to get people to their Point B).
Talk a bit (not too much) about the features/stuff included. Say who's a good fit to get the outcome, say (or hint at) the price and why it's worth that much. Invite people to DM you if they're interested and tell them what will happen next if they do.
That's the first thing - posts actually about your offer. I can't stress enough how life-changing this is. I used to post and post and post (and email and email and email) and wonder why hardly anybody contacted me about working together.
Looking back, it's easy to see - there were no direct offers made nor any clear invitations as to how to reach out. People are not mind-readers.
Now the other piece is to weave the offer into the other content that you write. You know, the "value posts" and videos where you tell people what causes their problem and how to solve it. Don't leave your audience hanging there either. Wrap up each piece of content by telling them what your offer is and where the topic of that content piece sits within the full scope of what you do in your program.
What I'm telling you here might sound basic, but almost no one does it. And definitely I was not doing it CONSISTENTLY throughout all or most of my content.
I've had so many people come to me saying that they think they're "doing everything right" with their content but hardly getting anyone reaching out to them. And, it never fails - I take a look and I see that they're being very indirect about their offer (for example, shoving it into a vague "P.S." or having the CTA be to "DM me to talk about the topic of this post" instead of mentioning the offer).

Or they're just leaving it off entirely, expecting that people who feel compelled to by their content will go to their website and poke around to figure out how to work with them and then reach out.
I know I kicked myself for not realizing the golden opportunity available to me right in my own backyard (a.k.a. the personal Facebook account I've had since 2009) before I dove into all of those other complicated and expensive methods. But, better late than never.
I now have a 5-week group program where I teach coaches, consultants and service-based business owners what I've learned about this organic method and help them get to the point where every time (or almost every time) they make an organic post, they know that interested prospects will be reaching out.
It's amazing because no matter what situation you're in - even if social media dies on us and something new crops up - you'll know how to explain your offer and the work you do in a direct way that just makes sense and calls forward the right prospects.
In the 5-week program I also help with tweaking your program itself if needed (or packaging your work into a somewhat standardized offer if you don't have that yet). We refine your ideal client and how you'll speak to them, and we also create a simple sales process for you to enroll people who DM you (hint: it can probably be a lot simpler than what you're doing now, because your content will be doing more of the education and pre-selling!).
And I give you my proven frameworks for direct offer posts as well as educational/value posts and review examples that you'll write, to make sure you're getting it.
Just DM me if you're interested in the 5 Week program and we'll have a chat on WhatsApp to see if it's a good fit for both of us.
