A few years ago I was clearing out some old clothes from the attic . I've been kickboxing instructor for years now helping people get in shape, get healthy, more energy etc.

(This stuff is simple if you know the right things to do and not do)

Anyway....

I hadn’t seen some of these clothes for years and wow they just hung off me a suit I used to wear for events in my first business looked like a clowns outfit on me now…

And for the first time in a while I realised how consistent i’ve been in looking after my health in the last 10 years.

So “What’s the secret?’

I hear you ...

Well I learned how to train my mind not just my body,

Now that might not make sense to a lot of people so I’ll try and explain,

If you really look at it there aren't a lot of things you need to do to get healthy and in shape and full of energy

>> eat the right foods.

>> stay away from the wrong ones

>> have a good exercise program

>> have a good SLEEP program

Etc

But.....BUT

Your issues with health are rarely 'not knowing what to do' because everybody sort of knows.

Your issues are that you don't know the right things to do FOR YOU and that you're having issues with something I call “Mentaphysical”

The mind and body must work together with you instead of against you.

Your mind will destroy you if you let it!

Its naturally negative because its searching for danger,

It’s trying to keep you safe.

If you're wrestling with doing the stuff you need to,

Thats why,

Your mind will do everything it can to stop you doing something new, different, a little bit out of your comfort zone.

It sees it as a danger to you!

and It only wants to do what it sees as pleasure,

and what is familiar.
