YOU VS YOU: CHALLENGE YOURSELF

In the childhood story: the race between the turtle and the rabbit, we concluded that the slow and steady wins the race. It is not the fastest or the strongest who will emerge victorious over a situation. It is always that person who has learned how to adapt himself or herself to any situation and has developed a sense of tremendous willpower and dedication towards his or her profession or work.?

In today’s world, to secure your position and be strong and successful, it is important to develop a good work ethic because it also encourages and fuels our fight against all the odds. No matter what happens in life, we should never get disappointed and lose hope and work with the right dedication and commitment to become successful.?

It is important to remember that success is a journey and not a destination. People should love their work and constantly work happily for it. If you develop a sense of love for your profession, working days will never be working days but holidays which will not only motivate you to work better but also outperform others.?

To outperform others in front of thousands, first, outperform yourself in front of nobody. You are capable of appreciating your hard work and not your disappointment.

Remember that success is a choice, and anyone can become successful if he or she is ready to put in absolute education and hard work coupled with an extreme desire for motivation. The motivation source should be internal and not external. This is because an internal motivation source will last long enough to help us achieve our goals. Life is full of ups and downs and never a cakewalk. People should accept struggle as a part of their learning process and gradually try to evolve with advancing time and get better and smarter.
