Role Overview: As the General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of Graham Beck Robertson, adhering to company standards.

Your responsibilities include:

? Leadership: Inspire and guide our talented team.

? Strategic Vision: Develop and execute business strategies to enhance our brand and drive growth.

? Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, from financial performance to winemaking processes.

? Staff Development: Foster well-being and professional growth among our team.

? Cap Classique Champion: Continue establishing Graham Beck as the Cap Classique of choice.

Required minimum Education / qualifications and work experience:

? Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in management and Viticulture/Oenology desirable.

? Additional Qualifications: MBA or Equivalent, would be beneficial.

? Minimum Work Experience: 5-8 Years’ experience as a GM
