Are you up for a Challenge?

Are you the kind of person that likes to be challenged? Does a challenge motivate you to step up outside of your comfort zone and rise to the occasion? Are you willing to make the extra effort and to to all the work needed and go seek the answers and knowledge needed to win?
OR -- are you the person that folds? Does a challenge put fear in your heart? Does the required effort make you want to squirm away? Are you nervous for what would happen if you fail?
The world holds people with both responses. People who are honest with themselves would probably admit that Challenge is scary and that their instint may cause them to run from it, or put up defenses to avoid it.
I highly suggest the opposite response. It is just as important as how you attack the challenge as it is to accomplish the challenge.. You will gain so much for just showing up, versus running away.
You will also find that the more you seek Challenge and look forward to those opportunities, it will become less and less scary. You will be able to spend more of your focus on the actual challenge instead of on your fear or hesitation to tackle the Challenge. You will then accomplish these Challenges more often and grow from them.
After being in business for 25 years and running my own company for 13 years, this is the great separator from successful people and all the rest.
If you think you would always raise your hand to a challenge that was put in front of you, I would debate that fact. Most people don't. And the people that do, are those same minority of people that always do.
Those are the people I want on my Team, regardless of their experience, the school they went to or the place they came from. Give me a Team that wants to climb the mountain, put in the extra effort to win the game and do what it takes to accomplish a goal.
ConsumerTrack's success is 100% because of all the people here that have embraced and conquered Challenges in our present and history.
Don't let opportunities pass you by because you have fear of failure, or fear of hard work. Build your character, learn what is means to own the outcome of your position and in life in general. Jump in. Be Challenged!
