Are You Under-Training to Waste Time?
YES... I just asked that question! But are you?? The truth of the matter is that many people show up at the gym in effort to just check off the activity box that will in no way make them healthier and help to improve their life, outside of maybe a little social media ego boost. Previously I covered "the most overused" and "the most underused" exercises to discuss neglect when it comes to exercise selection and personal health. Neglect for personal health is the real issue here. Sadly some in the fitness realm have made it look acceptable to just show up and do the minimum to recieve a doughnut treat for good behavior . Be sane in your training, be sane in your dietary strategies, and don't destroy your future health with a sweet treat for showing up. Don't let illness and disease trick you into battling yourself when you should be battling them with everything you've got.
