6 年wow! I started my morning with this podcast instead of church and I am so glad I did! I couldn't break away - other than for a quick coffee run. The headline instantly captured my attention while on my never ending quest for greater self awareness, increased growth, and the desire to positively impact humanity on a larger scale. What a fascinating discussion chock full of such insight and depth. I couldn't help but think how amazing our world would be if more people actually took an interest and were willing to invest the time to develop themselves further - to become the absolute best version of him/herself! Each of us plays such an important role in this life and we impact those around us - whether negatively or positively. Learning about the elements of each of the 4 approaches to power and how to tap into each one for more inspired communication was really interesting. I am really curious to learn more about how to strengthen my ability in the other approaches where I am not naturally inclined. Thanks so much for the thought-penetrating talk!
