Are you Truly Experiencing Your Heart?

There is a feeling deep inside, a pulse that for many has been hidden in numbness, for some frozen in ice. The lightness of being they once had as carefree kids, lost and forgotten. A deep heart longing has been covered up like dried moss upon stone. It is slowly suffocating the inner landscape of the soul.

It my pure intention to be a tender and warm invitation to walk alongside you as you peel back the moss to expose what is ready to be exposed, felt, healed and loved. The raw, rough, imperfectly perfect -tangled edges that have been lost within. The surface level smile to pretend everything is great, the strive for success, yet there is an inner invisible magic that is ready to be ignited. That inner heart-tugging pushed to one side, a fear of being fully seen, open to be judged and yet the only critic hides within. I am here to guide souls how to diligently ease open their inner rawness, to call out the BS and inspire truth by living my own life as raw and transparent woman. How can one lead others into these dark places, unless it is their own daily regime, and the playing field they have mastered. I am still opening and revealing that this gentle strip-tease of the soul is the greatest success there is in life and no matter what happens we are forever embraced by nature. As we are nature!

I live life to yoke and evoke the hearts deepest surrender and courageous smooth offering. This is the hearts most sacred vocabulary of magic. Each time our heart breaks, more sparkles are able to shine through. To remind us, we are unbreakable.

May my own opening inspire you to remember that there is a regal kingdom within that is bubbling with passion that once ignited, never fizzles out. There is a force within you that when given the freedom to express penetrates every cell of this existence. May these words that over-spill from this fearless heart be the sweet caress to diligently and patiently open you up. Even the most rigid, scared and scarred hearts can heal. A path from the INSIDE-OUT.

We came here to THRIVE in all aspects of our being and healing relationship(S), is a KEY. Within self, in your marriage, with your kids and even in your workplace.

How can you express an emotion that is infinite and continues to explore depths ready to be explored? Many are 're-defining love' and choosing a path that once would be the norm. A process that would unravel and be explored over an extended time. 

Many in a rush to share moments of passion and primal lust, hungry for intimate connection as there was an emptiness gnawing inside. There is no right or wrong, all are experiences and we are here to learn in our humanness. 

SEX for some is like a thirst that is unquenchable and many rush into intimacy unaware of the others emotional intelligence. This is where relationships that 'upshift' into codependency and when you feel a DEEP bucks-fizz and a drawing in where nothing else exists around you. Then you know there is NO RUSH, and so the sensual dance begins.

There has been a shift to explore something greater, and to truly explore the inner depths of the heart to know and express what I desired. Life presented many rejections as I opened my heart, teachers to crack the heart open wider. To dissolve the numbness around a frozen heart. Where NEXT became a saving grace. The earth my landing spot of safety, to RISE and remember my inner PHIRE. 

KNOW and TRUST a more aligned soul is being prepared as you too prepared yourself. I share this in open vulnerability, and perhaps I fall flat on my face.. I CARE NOT... I am willing to take this risk. Each time I leap I feel my heart expand and it is over=flowing in sparkles of joy and here I am. Sharing this with you all. 

I am a giver. To write poetry and scribe reflections of my real and raw life as my own heart shoots rockets of desire in the ether. This kind of feeling knows no time or space. It is felt as a deep soul intoxication where I am floating in bliss. 

This is the state of being ALIVE.. FEARLESS of free falling... and EXPRESSING..... I am NOW ready. 

Message of TRUTH: 

"Until you respect your house as a sacred temple, and getting know the entire 'holistic version of another.' Then how can you attract the version of the calibre you desire?" 

When you are knocked off your feet, swept up in magic, be patient with divine timing. Allow the feelings to bubble up inside and trust. It is RARE to be met in deep PRESENCE, where gazes are locked into one another, an unspoken silence of the hearts deepest longing feeling one another out in the ether. There is zero effort, no second guessing, where the entire rooms melts away into the background, souls collide and this is when eternity is created. 

Smiling, eye gazing, wild dancing, romantic dancing of being twirled like a teenager/playful children, touching, energetic bodies feeling one another out.. PAUSING.... third eye/foreheads connecting. Standing in silence, hugging and connecting and finding FLOW in every moment with one another, where the entire world stopped moving. There is so much more to explore many are unaware of rushing to get to the next experience. The NOW is a sensual strip tease and celebrating our wholeness and innocence.

Be here now is all that exists. 

The hearts soul longing to PAUSE, an intuitive INNER knowing, lip biting as intensity waves crashed at the shores of existence, diving deep into valleys of the heart, opening my soul, hiding nothing and exploring everything within his heart. To be met with openness and inner allowing. 

This was new to me, everything I dreamed of. There was zero what can I get, or chasing me for sex. A gentleman in every way. Even saying this TOUCHES my heart where tears begin to flow. 

In warm curiosity exploring every contour and divine expression of his wholeness, his masculine presence, calm, connected and light.  How often to explore the magic within a new, existing relationship, to notice the space within the space and the erotism in every breath? Most, never feel or see this. Perhaps you felt this in your youth, where hearts were opening wildly, fearlessly and feeling swallowed up by the intensity of raw emotions between hearts of innocence. Then you were hurt, trust broken and up came the walls of protection. Together, I am here to assist you peel all that BS back, to reveal what is suffocating inside. I will continue as I wish you to feel this, a stirring to remember what is available.

I close my eyes, I feel his breath, feel his essence, his natural glow and present state dances upon this breath. Universe is always listening and yielding to your heart desires. YA, day dreaming is good and exploring aspects of humanness that come up...to KNOW THY SELF. 

In the stillness of my inner sanctum and cave I have been refining my hearts vocabulary, to diligently expose what I desire in that sacred other. I had to find it in self, to then be met by a divine reflection.

In the stillness, I accessed a realm of deep self-love, and day by day nourished my self-regard, expressing this raw creativity and honouring my soul calling. Daily forgiveness of things in the past and my inner judgment of others, to entangle the weeds of my own heart.

It is rare to be met by a soul that can meet in this depth of intensity, my heart is ready to explore deeper into the unknown. To dance this magical life together. Maybe, it is for a few steps, dances weaves into one, I have no agenda, only pure intention of this heart to love even more deeply and what I wish to give, share and celebrate with him. To give my wholeness, as I AM already complete.

I inspire others to express their deepest desires and long-held heart vulnerable desires and now I am openly expressing my own. 

Allow your heart to lead and soul to express. Sensuality is reminding us of our wholeness and returning to celebrate our innocence.
