This young boy came with congenital hypospadias with multiple failed attempts of repair. His urethral opening was at the root of penis. ?His first stage of surgery was done in 2023. His second stage surgery was done in 2024.
His father, a journalist in his country, had full faith in me and my team and his emotional support helped in his son recovering and becoming normal as any other boy. Hypospadias surgery should be done before the age of 4 years, but many suffer due to late diagnosis and failure of surgery which requires an experienced team equipped with latest technology.
